Part of what we do for all our clients is to evaluate their current property and the needs of the owner to make recommendations. Additionally, we use on site analysis, current and past competitive analysis and market analysis of comparative income statements to provide you with the correct pricing for your property and the best use for it. Additionally, should you be interested in 1031 Exchange, we work with experienced exchange companies who can work with you to complete this allowable IRS (Section 1031) exchange. This IRS rule allows a property owner to move their "basis" into another like-kind exchange property, and therefore, defer capital gain taxes on the sale of a property.
